This digital giant has been responding to this concern in the best possible way for several years now. It also offers many updates that constantly improve the user experience. Today, WhatsApp Web introduces many practical and efficient features.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced user of this web application, you can find some helpful tips on how to use it. Here are 13 practical tips to help you get the most out of this amazing messaging app!
1. Ability to send all types of files from your computer
You can send any type of files using the web version of the WhatsApp app. In your chats, you can share photos, videos, and documents saved on your computer.
Once in a conversation with the recipient of your choice, call the context menu by selecting the paperclip icon. 5 options will appear, marked with certain symbols. They provide access to:
- contacts to send a WhatsApp contact card of your choice;
- to documents to send one or more document type files from your machine;
- to the camera to take pictures with the PC camera;
- stickers stored on the machine;
- photo and video media.
To quickly select multiple files to send, use the Ctrl key on your laptop or desktop keyboard. Just hold down the button while selecting files to send. Be careful not to exceed 64MB for all selected items!
2. Add emoticons to messages on WhatsApp Web.
