Completely free games are released every week through the Epic Games Store, and through convenient subscription services, there are literally hundreds of games that offer benefits with the services on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, and PC. We’ve rounded up all the free (or free with a subscription) games you can play right now. We will continue to update this list weekly.

Our list of free games is focused on full-featured games that you can play without the pressure of microtransactions, so you won’t find popular free games like Fortnite, Warzone, or Apex Legends here. We also don’t include free games like Destiny 2 or the Hitman 2 Starter Pack. Free games for PS5 and PS4 that are not tied to PlayStation Plus are rare, but sometimes the publisher gives away the full game for free. In the meantime, check out all the free PS Plus games available right now. Sony recently launched a new PlayStation Plus service with three subscription tiers. Essential allows users to enjoy the usual perks of the service, including three free games each month. Meanwhile, Extra and Premium give you access to hundreds of additional games. In addition, there is a library of classic PS2, PS1 and PSP games available only to Premium members.
