
Apple has released iOS 16.4 beta 3 for iPhone, as well as iPadOS 16.4 beta 3 for iPad, these new beta versions are coming out a week after the previous ones.
The new iOS 16.4 and iPadOS 16.4 beta is currently available to developers, and we expect it to be available to public beta testers soon.
The new iOS 16.4 and iPadOS 16.4 software updates will bring a number of new features to iPhone and iPad.
This will include the new Unicode 15 Emoji range, there are 31 new Emoji in total and some of them will be donkey, elk, jellyfish, shaking head, blue heart, pink heart, and more.
There is also now support for Safari push notifications for iPhone and iPad in iOS 16.4 and iPadOS 16.4. In addition, the update also contains a number of bug fixes and performance improvements.

Since this is only the third beta in the series, it will be some time before the release of the final version of the software, and we expect these updates around the end of March.
