The Central African Stock Exchange (BVMAC) has registered in the first listing of La Régionale d’Epargne et de Crédit SA in the share segment called “ACTION REGIONALE”. All securities issued on July 16, 2021 by LA REGIONALE in the primary market, that is, sixty-one thousand six hundred and thirty (61,630) shares, were listed in “cell A” of the permanent listing of BVMAC.
If this introduction brings the number of companies making up the stock market to five, La Régionale SA will become the first savings and credit institution, four previous companies were agri-food companies, in this case SEMC, SAFACAM, SOCAPALM and SIAT Gabon.
