Chemin Grenier: arrested in ICU for cannabis cultivation and drug trafficking

Mohammad Yasin Calloo, aka UCI, 32-year-old fisherman has been arrested for growing cannabis and dealing drugs.

ADSU elements discovered the stalemate during a search of his home in Chemin Grenier earlier this week.

He had in his possession a certain amount of cannabis, as well as various equipment intended for drug trafficking.

In fact, it’s the talk of the town at Chemin Grenier. The man nicknamed ICU, a man well known in the region, was arrested by ADSU. He had been under police surveillance for some time. Earlier in the week, detectives from the drug squad went on the offensive. During a search of his home, various equipment for the manufacture of synthetic drugs was found in the home of Mohammad Yasin Calloo. The police found in others;

(i) Two plastic bags each containing a certain amount of cannabis,

(ii) More than 1,500 cannabis seeds,

(iii) Three stems of cannabis,

(iv) Two electronic scales

(v) Ten cannabis plants 60 cm to 1 m and 40 cm tall.

This 32-year-old fisherman was taken into police custody at the Trou aux Biches police station. Yesterday he was brought to justice for an interim drug trafficking charge. The police objected to his release on bail.
