Cryptocurrency data aggregator CoinMarketCap revealed that the global cryptocurrency market capitalization is $978.68 billion, lower than Sunday’s level. The total volume of the crypto market in the last 24 hours is $769.38 billion, which is 4.82% less than in the previous trading session.
Bitcoin, Ethereum and BNB
Cryptocurrency heavyweights Bitcoin have risen while Ethereum and BNB have fallen over the past 24 hours.

Bitcoin is trading at $20,155, up 0.83%. The Ethereum network Ether token shows a 1.49% downtrend. The cryptocurrency is trading at $1,560. Cryptocurrency Binance Smart Chain BNB fell by 2.02%.
The stablecoin USDT Tether has shown a positive change in its value by 0.01% over the past 24 hours to maintain its peg at $1. The USDC stablecoin fell 0.01% to ensure it remains pegged to $1.
BinanceUSD fell 0.03%. The stablecoin is trading at $0.0997, while the DAI stablecoin fell 0.05%, maintaining its $1 peg.
Level 1 Blockchain Tokens
Cryptocurrency tokens embedded in the first layer blockchain networks such as Cardano, Solana, Ripple and others have been on a downward trend in the last 24 hours.
The Cardano ADA token fell 2.46%. Solana slipped at 1.54. AVAX Avalanche fell 2.61%. XRP Ripple fell by 1.22%.
Polka dots and polygon
Polkadot blockchain DOT fell 1.58%, while Polygon’s MATIC rose 3.08%.
Memcoins like Dogecoin and Shiba Inu have also been hit in the last 24 hours. Dogecoin fell 1.38%. Shiba Inu crashed at 2.18%.
In general, most major cryptocurrency tokens have fixed their positions in the last 24 hours.
