Talented Japanese developer CyberConnect2 has given its upcoming RPG, Fuga: Melodies of Steel a release date for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
The game is a bit strange to explain. Basically, you play as a group of anthropomorphic villagers, who use a big bloody tank to fight against an invading army. Combat is tactical, and you will need to build relationships between your furry friends in order to get the most out of their skills.
But there is an important twist here, as all 12 main characters can apparently be killed as the story progresses. The game is preparing to be a lot darker than its fantastic tone suggests.
It looks quite interesting, and it has a nice, rounded art style. Hopefully Fuga will live up to the challenge when it launches on July 29.
