Drop testing Nothing Phone 1 (video)

Earlier today we saw a test of the new Nothing Phone 1, and now we have another test for the phone, this is a drop test.

In the video below, we can see how the Nothing Phone 1 performs in a number of drop tests, the phone features glass on the front and back of the device.

As we can see from the video, the phone performed as expected with scratches on the frame in the first drop test. It fell with the protective film installed, which comes with the device out of the box.

The third drop cracked the rear glass of the phone, and the fifth crash cracked the front glass of the device, which is what we expected from the glass on the back and front of the phone.

Recall that the phone is equipped with a 6.55inch OLED display with Gorilla Glass glass, Full HD + resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

The device also comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G mobile processor and offers a choice of 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, and 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

The phone has a range of cameras, including a 50MP main camera with OIS and a 50MP ultrawide camera on the back and front of the device, and there’s a 16MP selfie camera.
