While Konami recently entered into a partnership with legendary Italian club SSC Napoli, players are still waiting to see eFootball PES 2022. It is now possible to play!

Konami has published a first version of its future eFootball PES 2022 title, in the form of an online performance test. It is therefore a first beta for the football game of the Japanese publisher, released today, on the occasion of the launch of the second phase of Euro 2020, the knockout phase. This new opus should bring its share of changes, after an episode in 2021 which was satisfied with an update of the previous opus. This time, eFootball PES 2022 abandons its Fox Engine, to switch to Unreal Engine. This beta will therefore be an opportunity for fans to discover the game in its new form.

This test is obviously also an opportunity to put Konami’s servers to the test. Indeed, this beta is cross-gen between PS4 and PS5 on one side, and between Xbox One and Xbox Series on the other. Note, you can play with Manchester United, FC Barcelona, ​​Juventus Turin and Bayern Munich. This beta can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store and PlayStation Store, for free, for everyone. You will have to look for “New Football Game Online Performance Test“, since that’s the name of this beta, which does not yet bear the name of the eFootball PES 2022 game.

This free beta will be available from June 24 to July 8 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series. As for eFootball PES 2022, its release date is still unknown, but chances are it will be available in early September, like its predecessors.
