Elon Musk: he was sued in a $258 billion case

The businessman and his two companies, Tesla and Space X, are facing a $258 billion lawsuit after an investor complained to the court about an alleged fraud he suffered.

In a lawsuit filed in federal court in Lower Manhattan on Thursday, June 16, plaintiff Keith Johnson accuses car company Tesla Inc and space tourism company SpaceX of fraud for advertising Dogecoin and forcing it to raise the price and then let it fall.

Keith Johnson is seeking $86 billion in damages from two companies owned by Elom Musk, in addition to triple $172 billion in damages for financial damages incurred while trading cryptocurrencies since 2019. The richest man in the world is now in turmoil and is in danger of leaving feathers in this ordeal.
