Elon Musk’s mother sleeps in garage while visiting her billionaire son

Elon Musk is a major Tesla brand mogul. He lives in Texas with his family in a simple, comfortable home, unlike what a billionaire would prefer, such as multiple bedrooms, huge spaces, bathrooms, a large kitchen, and more.

A place where tens or even thousands of people can fit; however, he wants something simple, and when his mom visits him, May Musk says, he has to sleep in the garage…why?

A businessman can have anything, but his mother said that her son is not interested in accumulating material wealth and prefers a very simple life.

Her house is not very luxurious, so when her mother decides to spend a few days at her place, she is surprised to find out that she has to sleep in the garage.

The 74-year-old woman admitted that, in spite of everything, Elon Musk is a very good son, he protects her and pampers her every time they are together.

“I have to sleep in the garage. You can’t have a fancy house next to a rocket launcher. He is not interested in property,” she said.

The tycoon lives in Boca Chica, Texas, and according to his mother, he is very happy that his son didn’t listen to him many times because he asked him not to make rockets or electric cars, “something he clearly doesn’t listened to,” he says.

Regarding space travel, he mentions that he doesn’t share the same passion, but doesn’t rule out considering it at some point.

“You have to go through six months of preparation and isolation and I don’t like that. But if my children want me to do it, I will do it,” he said.

Has Elon Musk changed since his life changed so dramatically that he became one of the richest people in the world? Her mom says no. May Musk and her family still remember how they lived in a small apartment, and every day she struggled to feed them.

“Nothing changes. My children are always kind and loving. I always enjoy being here. When I first came to Paris at 21, I had $5 a day. I lived in a room with a single light bulb.
