Enter your Windows voice for blog, essay, email, and more – Tech Tribune France

These days, AI tools are very common among bloggers specifically for freelancers. By the looks of it, a lot of freelancers these days are using AI tools to create not-so-great content. And recently, Google officially announced that content generated or generated by AI tools is spam and they already have the tool in the webmaster itself, but they need to improve it to detect AI generated content. In all cases, the content generated by AI is contrary to the recommendations of the webmaster. So what is the solution and alternative method to create great content without spending a lot of time on your Windows computer. In my opinion, the answer is voice input, you should type with your voice, not with your fingers. There are many artificial intelligence tools available that you can use to enter text with your voice. Or you need to use Windows’ default voice typing feature for input, so no AI tools are needed. In this way, you will save a lot of time and you will not have to pay a single coin for sites that create content using AI. This article covers the same topic where you can use it to enter Windows voice for blog, essay, email, etc.

Type with your voice in the Windows blog, essay, email, and more.

For starters, Windows has a default feature that you can easily use to write your articles, essays, or emails with your voice. And this feature is built-in, you don’t need to use any AI tools. The only downside is that you need to be connected to the internet to write with it.

The moment the touch keyboard has been added to the taskbar, you need to open a new document in which you want to type. There you have to place the cursor and then click on the touch keyboard on the taskbar. Once launched, you must click on the “Voice” icon.

What languages are supported by Windows 11 Voice Typing?

In Windows 11, more languages are supported in voice typing compared to Windows 10. In Windows 10, only a few of the approximately 7-8 languages are supported, but in Windows 11, about 40 languages are easily supported in voice input. I have listed some of the most commonly used languages below, but you can find the rest of the language list on the Microsoft website.

  • English (US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, India and Canada)
  • Chinese (Simplified, Chinese, Traditional, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan)
  • Hindi, Gujrarti, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu
  • Spanish (Mexico and Spain)
  • Windows 10 voice input:

If you’re a Windows 10 user, you may not have to go through this entire process to activate the on-screen keyboard and start typing to launch, but you just need to lightly press the Windows + H logo and then start typing.

What languages are supported by Windows 10 Voice Typing?

Not all languages are currently supported in Windows 10 voice typing, only a few languages are supported. These languages are listed below.

  • English (US, UK, Australia and India)
  • Spanish (Mexico and Spain)
  • Chinese
  • French (France and Canada)
  • Italian (Italy)
  • Portuguese (Brazil only)
  • German (also Germany only)
  • Punctuation in voice communication in Windows 10 and Windows 11

Punctuation is very important in any type of content you create, especially if it’s a blog, essay, or email. Well, you can type them with your voice by saying the name of that punctuation mark, for example, if you need it, you just need to say a comma. The same rule applies to other punctuation marks.

In any case, there is a whole list of commands available for both Windows 10 and Windows 11, and you should at least have an idea about punctuation. The list is obviously long and I won’t talk about it in this article because it will look like I copied it. But you can visit the official Microsoft website, where you can see in full all the commands related to voice typing, in particular punctuation.

Voice typing is a really convenient and fast method for typing articles, emails and essays. But the bad news is that it can only work as long as you are connected to the Internet. However, if you are proficient in Python, you can create a simple interface where you can type with your voice.
