Ferrari has unveiled its latest unique creation, the Ferrari SP51, a new roadster based on the Ferrari 812 GTS.
The Ferrari SP51 was created by Ferrari for one of its customers and comes with the same engine, chassis and layout as the 812 GTS.
Designed by the Ferrari Design Center headed by Flavio Manzoni, the SP51 is a frontengined V12 spider based on the 812 GTS platform from which it inherits its layout, chassis and engine. At first glance, the most striking feature of the stunning new car is the complete absence of a roof, making it a true roadster in every way, emphasizing its sporty character and ability to captivate both visually and in terms of outdoor driving pleasure.
The style of the SP51 is powerful and harmonious, thanks to smoothly muscular, undulating surfaces. Its forms are modern, sinuous and sensual at the same time, thanks in large part to the extensive use of pure carbon fiber both on the outside and in the cabin. Particularly striking is the bonnet trim, which dynamically frames the two air vents.
