New Gen3 cars like the Porsche 99X Electric Gen3 are the fastest, lightest, most powerful and efficient electric race cars ever made. They have been specifically designed for thrilling wheeltowheel duels on tight urban circuits in the world’s charming major cities where Formula E traditionally competes in racing.
The overall concept of the Porsche 99X Electric Gen3 and other new generation Formula E cars represents an important evolutionary step. The vehicles have lost weight and have a shorter wheelbase and narrower track. Despite the fact that the battery has decreased in size, it has become more powerful. The share of recuperative energy has increased. Aerodynamics and design have also been changed. Overall, the new cars are more agile, which also improves performance on the race track.
