A recent cover from the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) collection shows that Google AI has turned nearly 10,000 BAYC NFTs into machine-made art. At first glance, they may seem like simple abstract paintings, but they have an interesting feature: upon closer inspection, they resemble the collection of the South.


This Google AI project is called “Art Monkey”. The artificial intelligence programmed itself to make the changes needed for the transformation and turned loose abstract paintings into machine art.

Judging by the data, the collection was not only transformed according to training; it has been more colored and added to some form of proper collection. The artificial intelligence used over fourteen million images to understand the circumstances of the BAYC non-fungible token and then used that information to turn the collection into machine-generated art. It was created with the Google Notebook collaboration service, Colab.

Twitter has been flooded with various hashtags related to the art of science meetings, indicating that the collection is much loved by consumers. It went on sale on the OpenSea platform and sold out as soon as it was posted on the platform. The initial rate was from 0.001 ETH. The Artsy Monke project was the link to future Artsy games and people could make money from it. The buyers intend to display the collection on their walls in their virtual homes.

According to the masterminds behind this AI transformation, the platform fed well with information related to drawing on canvas. The AI ​​learned twenty different art styles and worked different servers for several weeks to finally reach this amazing result of 10,000 NFT BAYC. The purpose of this collection is still unclear, but according to the creators, NFTs from the original BAYC can be combined with these mechanical art-based NFTs to create parallel complexities. The work it took the AI ​​to accomplish this task was incredibly complex and has been praised online. Some rooms of the Artsy Monkey even had several micro-worlds that Google AI painted into a large, blurry shape. The futuristic elements added to the NFT asset make it much more valuable depending on the demand for the cryptocurrency.
