GTA 5 Online: additions reserved for the PS5 and Xbox Series

Game news GTA 5 Online: additions reserved for the PS5 and Xbox Series

Revealed three days ago, the next update of GTA Online will be dedicated to car tuning in Los Santos via new races and demonstrations. Today, Rockstar Games announces that special improvements concerning cars will be found in the next-gen version of the title.

Announced in June 2020 during a Sony PlayStation Showcase, the arrival of GTA V on the latest generation consoles is getting closer. Last May, the title was dated by Rockstar and will arrive on November 11 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S | X. First released in 2013, GTA V will therefore experience a third youth this winter by declining again. But what will this new version bring to players? If they’re still in the dark, Rockstar Games has provided a hint on what to expect from GTA Online on PS5 and Xbox Series:

When GTA Online releases for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S | X later this year, some vehicles will need to be updated with new speed improvements, and more. These special changes will only be available on the PS5 and Xbox Series S | X versions of GTA V.

The next-gen version therefore already contrasts with its older sisters by offering exclusive features. Still, these are only the first information about the contributions of the PS5 and the Xbox Series, and we can expect to see more. In the meantime, players can still heat the asphalt with their favorite cars via the new update dedicated to tuning and automotive and available from tomorrow.

GTA V is available on PC, PS3, Xbox One, PS4 and Xbox 360. An update based on the technical performance of the PS5 and Xbox Series is scheduled for November 11th. It is worth remembering that GTA Online will also be offered in the second half of 2021 in a standalone version, not requiring the base game to be able to enjoy it.
