The futuristic home in Texas, USA, was nicknamed “Darth Vader’s House” due to its many references to the Star Wars saga. It just went up for sale for a whopping $ 4.3 million.
Star Wars fans – with big savings ahead of them – could afford their dream home. In Houston, Texas (USA), the Darth Vader home has just been put up for sale at Sotheby’s International Realty for $ 4.3 million. The nickname for this house comes from the strong similarity between the appearance of the hull and helmet of the famous villain from the Star Wars saga, as well as other references such as the Death Star and the flagship of the Dark Lord of the Sith.
As the American website Robb Report reported on May 28, this futuristic house with an angular design was built in 1992. The very spacious house has approximately 2,100 m2 of open plan living space. Numerous bay windows allow the room to receive a lot of natural light – and thus not be on the dark side of the force.

At the heart of the house is a corner atrium with a neon-lit living room, as well as two floating staircases. Four large bedrooms and five fully equipped bathrooms complete the whole thing. Remote work is possible during a pandemic: a large office is already equipped, as well as a large dining room and a beautiful kitchen made of natural stone. As far as cars are concerned, future owners will be able to store four in a very large garage. The exterior is as elegant as the interior. The Darth Vader home is set on nearly 5,500 m2 of land, where a magnificent garden has nothing to envy other living spaces in this luxury Houston residential complex, according to CNN.
