Although a number of players have reported that Diablo 4 bug 316719 has caused their rug to rip out from under their feet, here are a few ways to try to get rid of it while waiting for the developers to release a fix.

Currently, the only solution to overcome this error is to restart the game. This solution is not the most practical due to long queues, but for now, everything is possible to do.

Unfortunately, this error can occur at several stages, especially during character creation, and it seems to be caused by all players trying to log into the game at the same time.
Players have also reported that this error sometimes appears after leveling up for the first time, so if you haven’t gotten to that point yet, know that you’re not off the hook yet.

We can only hope that the developers have fixed the problem by the launch of the open beta, from March 24 to March 26.
