HR Solutions: Anywr Acquires Solantis and Implements Expansion Strategy

HR software publisher and international recruitment and mobility specialist Anywr announces the acquisition of Solantis, a digital, information technology, and sales executive recruiting firm. “In the face of talent shortages and a massive transformation in recruitment and work practices, the acquisition of Solantis allows Anywr to offer its customers in France a much wider choice of recruitment methods and strengthen its position locally,” the company said in a press release.

By integrating Solantis’ 91-person team into its own structure, Anywr hopes to expand its “solution portfolio,” according to Olivier Dezurmont, the company’s founder and CEO. For its part, Solantis welcomed the “resources and [des] technological and digital tools” of its new group, which “represent new levers of acceleration for our customers.”

Solantis executives will remain at the helm, the company said in a joint statement with Anywr. Joining the leader in international recruitment should, in part, allow Solantis to offer a customer portal or application programming interfaces (APIs).

Strategy based on international expansion

After acquiring Expat Partners, Geneva Relocation and Antares in the previous two years, Anywr continues to expand in 2023. Solantis is already the ninth company to join the group since 2018. The group continues the strategy developed during the name change in the summer of 2022 and is built on three pillars: international expansion, strengthening of its historic business and new digital projects. Anywr was intended to reflect its more international and digital positioning. The HR software publisher wants to reach 1,000 employees in 2023 and €400 million in turnover in 2024.

Anywr, founded in 2012 in Marc-en-Baroulle (North), has a presence in 16 countries and serves 4,000 client companies. Its software package focuses on three sectors that are considered “poor”: information technology and digital technology, healthcare and biotechnology. To attract talent, everyone is oriented to foreign countries, recruiting both on permanent and fixed-term contracts, freelancers or on an assignment agreement, or even remotely and on a temporary basis.
