The Android version of the application was developed separately for both patients and doctors. The BlockTrack algorithm generates a user ID to ensure cross-border uniqueness with a low chance of duplication. This opens up the possibility of universal and transferable health information management, with a focus on data privacy and tracking the spread of infectious diseases across the region.
BlockTrack enables interoperability of systems from multiple hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare facilities. Integrate healthcare supply chain management with proactive tracking of infectious infections. Patients can visit any healthcare facility on the BlockTrack blockchain network without worrying about duplicate records or re-registrations.
BlockTrack was developed by a team led by Professor Prabhu Rajagopal, Chief Professor of Remote Diagnostics at the Center for Non-Destructive Evaluation (CNDE) of the IIT Machinery Department of Madras.
