Ilíada: Niel owns 96.58% of the capital after his offer, announces the AMF – Sciences et Avenir

PARIS (Reuters) – Xavier Niel owns 96.58% of the capital of Iliad and at least 94.17% of the voting rights following his offer to withdraw the telecommunications operator from the Paris Stock Exchange, announces the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in an opinion published on Wednesday.

Xavier Niel launched in July this offer of 3,100 million euros to buy the remaining shares of the group that he founded with the aim of its exclusion in order to accelerate its transformation.

Xavier Niel’s offer, at € 182 per share, gives Iliad a 100% market valuation of around € 10.7 billion.
