In Hasselt, a man was detained with 32 kilograms of marijuana worth 240,000 euros.

Customs held up the car around 7:00 pm on Wednesday due to an unpaid fine. During their intervention, the police smelled a strong smell and found several bags of cannabis in the cabin.

The federal police of Limburg then intervened. More than 32 kg of cannabis were found for a market value of 240,000 euros. The 23-year-old driver was in Belgium illegally. He also passed a positive saliva drug test.
