India will also be producing the new iPhone 14 from launch.

Apple’s new iPhone 14 lineup is coming next month, the phone is being made in China for Apple and it now looks like it will also be made in India.

The news comes from respected Apple analyst Ming Chi Kuo, who revealed that iPhone 14 production will begin in India this year.

My latest survey shows that Foxconn’s iPhone manufacturing site in India will ship the new 6.1inch iPhone 14 for the first time in 2H22 almost at the same time as China (India has lagged by a quarter or more in the past).

Apple will release four iPhone 14 models this year. This will include the 14 and 14 Max, as well as the 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max.

All models of the new iPhone will receive a number of upgrades over the current iPhone 13 lineup, Pro models will have a new display, and Pro models will apparently get rid of the notch. The Pro models are rumored to ship with Apple’s new A16 Bionic processor, while the standard models will apparently use an upgraded version of the A15 Bionic.

Apple will unveil all four models of the new iPhone sometime in September, and the phones will ship with the latest version of Apple’s iOS 16 mobile operating system, which is currently in beta testing.

We also expect to see the new Apple Watch Series 8 and the new Apple Watch Pro at a press event next month.
