iOS 15.2.1 battery life test, are there any improvements (video)

Last week, Apple released the iOS 15.2.1 software update for iPhone and iPadOS 15.2.1 for iPad. The updates were intended to fix some bugs as well as a security vulnerability that was present in iOS 15.2.

We will now find out if there are any battery life improvements in this new version of Apple iOS in a new video from iAppleBytes.

The video below tests the battery life of the iPhone SE, iPhone 6S, iPhone 7, iPhone 8, iPhone XR, iPhone SE 2, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 and iPhone 13. Let’s find out if there are any battery life improvements in the latest iOS version.

As you can see from the video, most phones with the new iOS 15.2.1 don’t see any battery life improvements.

Apple is also currently working on iOS 15.3, which is currently in beta testing, and this could lead to longer iPhone battery life.

Last week we had a second beta of Apple’s iOS 15.3 software, which means we’ll have to wait a bit for the final version to be released. We expect Apple to release the iOS 15.3 software update sometime in February, as soon as we have more information on the release date, we will let you know.
