The dates of Prime Day 2021 are now set in stone: Amazon’s big summer sale will take place from Monday, June 21 to Tuesday, June 22. Dates announced not long ago by Bloomberg who had therefore got it right. Along with Black Friday and Cyber Monday in November, Prime Day is one of the top-grossing events of the year for Amazon.
The dates of June make this Prime Day 2021 the earliest ever. The flash sale is traditionally scheduled for the anniversary of Amazon’s founding in July. Last year it was postponed to mid-October as the e-tailer had to deal with supply chain and logistics issues due to the coronavirus pandemic. As in previous editions of Prime Day, we can expect it to last for several days with a wide range of products on promotion. Amazon devices including the Echo, Kindle, and Fire TV Stick speaker line should also get big discounts.
