3D printing complex structures can be quite time consuming on both resin and filament 3D printers, but Hitry has created the world’s fastest vertically printed resin 3D printer, aptly named Rocket 1. The Kickstarter project is now is entering its final week and has already raised over $800,000 thanks to over 1,000 supporters with 8 more days to go. The Rocket 1 3D printer has a print speed of 380 mm/h and a resolution of 35 µm XY and 1 µm Z, offering high resolution printing at an affordable price.
World’s fastest top-down resin 3D printer
Specially priced upfront contributions of approximately £699 to £510 (depending on current exchange rates) are currently available for the innovative project, offering a significant discount of approximately 42% off the final retail price while crowdfunded on Kickstarter.
“With incredible speed and high-resolution digital continuous fluid molding (DCLF) technology, the HITRY Rocket 1 is ushering in a new era of 3D printing, delivering powerful, convenient, quality printing experiences for education, industry, and creatives. Rocket 1 is not only fast, but also prints with outstanding accuracy. With 0.035mm XY resolution and 0.001mm Z resolution, Rocket 1 prints every pixel quickly and accurately, resulting in exceptionally smooth and perfect surfaces.”
If the Rocket 1 campaign successfully raises the required target and production goes smoothly, worldwide deliveries are expected to take place sometime in May 2022. To learn more about the Rocket 1 3D printer project, watch the promotional video below.
“Slow, frustrating processing times seem to be an inherent and inevitable characteristic of today’s 3D printers. But now Rocket 1 is changing the game. Today, we are proud to announce the world’s fastest consumer resin 3D printer, the Rocket 1, capable of printing at an unprecedented speed of 380mm/hr. You no longer need to spend hours or days waiting. With Rocket 1, you can complete your projects in minutes.”
“Professional-grade precision is ideal for scientific research, prototyping and other industrial applications. Rocket 1 is able to print complex model structures with 0.2 mm internal pores and a smooth surface through which liquids and gases can freely pass.”
