Le Soleil de Châteauguay | COVID-19: Number of cases by city as of November 22

While the number of new daily COVID-19 cases is approaching 700 in the province, it remains very low in the region served by Le Soleil de Châteauguay.

In Châteauguay, 26 cases are listed in the Montérégie Department of Public Health report on November 22. That’s eight more than the previous week.

Beauharnois has 10 positive cases, 4 more than the evaluation of November 15.

Léry has five positive cases. There were none the week before.

The cities of Mercier, Saint-Isidore and Sainte-Martine show “less than five cases” according to Public Health data.

The Quebec government will announce details on vaccinating children ages 5 to 11 at the end of the afternoon. As of November 22, Montérégie reported 718 cases. The 0-9 age group is the one that reports the most positive cases with 168.
