Legaltech Dilitrust acquires Hyperlex to become the go-to software for legal departments

Startup Dilitrust, which completed a €130 million fundraiser in May, announced on June 4 that it had acquired Hyperlex, a specialist in automated contract management. The amount of the acquisition was not disclosed.

2000 clients in 50 countries

Dilitrust sells a SaaS solution – the “Dilitrust Governance” package – to the legal departments of large groups and mid-sized companies. It has over 2000 clients in 50 countries such as Atos, Boursorama Banque, Vivendi and Sodexo. It offers several modules for managing boards of directors, monitoring subsidiaries, managing delegation of authority, monitoring litigation, and exchanging sensitive data in complete security.

The company also offers contract and lease management services. The tool offers an overview of domestic and international contracts throughout their entire life cycle. Notifications, alerts and reports allow you to anticipate their due dates and optimize their financial returns. Hyperlex’s decision will allow Dilitrust to gain a foothold in this area. Indeed, it offers an online solution to manage contracts from its creation to its renewal, including its signature.

Hyperlex technology is currently used by more than 10,000 companies in 40 countries, such as Rakuten, Geodis, Total, and others. About fifty employees join the Dilitrust teams, which will soon expand to 80 people. Founders Alexis Agai and Alexander sit on the board of directors as partners.

Dilitrust continues its acquisition strategy

Dilitrust, which claims a turnover of 20 million euros in 2021, has already acquired several companies. In March 2019, it took over its Italian competitor iMeetingRoom, and in May 2021 it took over Spanish digital board management company Gobertia.
