LIVE A LIVE: Great English Press Notes on HD-2D Remake on Switch

The game LIVE A LIVE was appreciated, although not considered essential. It was only released in Japan on the Super Famicom in 1994 and invited players to discover the original story by following the adventures of 8 characters in so many different chapters. Square Enix has decided to breathe new life into the HD-2D remake, released this Friday on the Nintendo Switch.

What does the international press think? If anyone has reservations about less interesting passages, sometimes jagged rhythms and quirks inherent in retro games that can surprise, then in general everyone submits, as evidenced by an average score of 82/100 on Metacritic. The soundtrack and eye-catching graphics, as well as the original approach to storytelling and gameplay that breaks the codes of classic RPGs, really impressed many journalists.

If you want to take the plunge, LIVE A LIVE is available from €49.99 at Micromania.
