Logitech ad shows white Xbox Series X

A white Xbox Series X has been spotted in a new announcement from Logitech, but it’s unclear if this is the official color scheme.

The console, discovered by CVG, was seen in the background of an advertisement for the Astro A30 wireless headphones, but was not advertised anywhere else.

The scene itself shows various consoles and peripherals stacked on shelves… but it’s not clear if this is the actual upcoming version of the console or just a custom build made for this announcement.

Aside from special editions like Halo Infinite Xbox Series X, Series X has only been available in black since its November 2020 launch.

However, the white (or two-tone) styling of the recently released Xbox Elite Series 2 Core controller could mean a white Xbox is coming… or it looks cool if you’re playing on an Xbox Series X or S. Or otherwise. By the way, the appearance of a white consoles in the new Logitech ad is intriguing.

We have contacted Microsoft for more information.

The new Xbox Elite Series 2 Core Edition was released alongside the Xbox Series X|S September update, which added a new feature to this controller. You can now change the color of the Xbox logo, as well as change the hue and saturation.

Elsewhere, Logitech’s Steam Deck competitor, the Logitech G Cloud Gaming Handheld, will launch in October and cost just $349.

The G Cloud Gaming controller runs Android 11 and comes preloaded with the Google Play store. The console, billed as the first dedicated handheld for cloud gaming, can use Xbox Cloud Gaming and GeForce Now, and can install additional apps through the Google Play Store, including remote playback and video streaming apps.
