From the very beginning, the ambition of Xbox has been to be available everywhere and for everyone. That’s why you can play Cloud Gaming games across your smartphone, web browser, PC, and Xbox One thanks to a customized Xbox Series X fleet. If last time Cloud Gaming was invited to Samsung smart TVs, this time it’s settled comfortably into the new Logitech G CLOUD.
Today we’re announcing that Xbox Cloud Gaming will be available in more locations with the Logitech G CLOUD gaming console when it launches in North America on October 17th. Soon you’ll be able to play Grounded and Sea of Thieves or experience your next favorite game right in the palm of your hand using the power of the cloud on a brand new device.
Logitech G Cloud, what happened?
With the look of the switch, you’ll get the best of cloud gaming right in the palm of your hand. With a 7-inch Full HD 1080p touchscreen, over 12 hours of battery life, and a lightweight laptop, you’ll enjoy hundreds of AAA-level video games. It’s also integrated with Xbox Cloud Gaming (beta) and NVIDIA GeForce NOW and gives you access to other services on your console through the Remote Play app.
Additionally, we’ve worked with Logitech to enable our Remote Play feature, which is also pinned as a home screen shortcut. Remote Play differs from Xbox Cloud Gaming in that it allows you to stream your entire Xbox library — in addition to Xbox Game Pass games — from your home Xbox console to phones, tablets, and now PDAs.
The product is currently out of stock, but is expected to be released on October 18th at a price of 349 euros.
