Miniature TVs TinyTV hit Kickstarter

Ken Burns is back on Kickstarter with his TinyCircuit team, an open source hardware company that designs and manufactures tiny electronics. The campaign has already raised over $140,000 thanks to over 1,500 supporters, and there are still 16 days left. The mini TV has been designed to showcase your favorite moments and you can download images, videos and more. Special price advance contributions are currently available for an inventive project, ranging from approximately £49 to £43 (depending on current exchange rates).

“Three years ago we released the TinyTV DIY Kit, a fun kit for building your own little TV. It has been one of our most popular products for many years, so we decided to make a new and better TV – TinyTV 2! Larger screen resolution, rotary knobs, remote control support, USBC and more. To push the envelope, we’ve created the incredibly small TinyTV – TinyTV® Mini is about the size of a grape!”

Miniature TV

Assuming TinyTV’s funding campaign successfully reaches its required goal and the project is progressing smoothly, worldwide delivery is expected to take place around March 2023. To learn more about the TinyTV miniature TV project, watch the promotional video below.

“TinyTV comes preloaded with videos and works right out of the box, but the real fun starts when you upload your own videos. Simply connect TinyTV to your computer via USB and easily download your favorite videos. Adjust the volume and switch between channels by turning the knobs on TinyTV 2, the top buttons on TinyTV Mini, or using the Tiny remote.”

“It’s easy to upload your own videos and content to TinyTV 2 and TinyTV Mini. Download your favorite movies, TikTok or cat videos! When you connect TinyTV 2 or TinyTV Mini to your computer via USB, it appears as a standard USB storage device from which you can add or remove files.”
