Modern Warfare 2: images leaked online and confirmed the rumors

Players have once again broken the embargo on leaking multiple images of the game while confirming the arrival of a new game mode.

Described by Activision as a real revolution, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is out October 28 on consoles and PC. So the software still has a few months to entice its audience, and it should also take advantage of the weekend Call of Duty League competition from Aug. 4-78 to show itself. Except the smart guys decided to leak the images themselves before Infinity Ward did anything.

Already seen menus and new game mode

To be more precise, they are players from the professional scene belonging to the LA Rams team who have shared on their social networks several images and short videos from the event they participated in. In particular, we can see a multiplayer mode menu quite similar to what we already know, but above all the presence of a DMZ mode.

This game mode has been the subject of several rumors and should be a whole new Call of Duty experience on its own. If we still don’t know what it is, the DMZ mode will still be present in the next Modern Warfare 2.

Call of Duty wants to come back strong

Revolution or not, the next part of Call of history is fast approaching and Activision seems to be betting very heavily on its golden goose. Although it is very often criticized, the Acti FPS remains a win-win and an important brand, enough to make Sony cold sweat when it imagines a Microsoft license anyway. In addition, the release of Modern Warfare 2 will soon be followed by Warzone 2, another long-awaited game that should also be a real revolution in the saga.
