His ATV, on which he was suspected of committing several offenses, a new Yamaha worth 10,000 euros, was confiscated by the court.
These criminal sanctions came after an interception that took place on August 25, around 19:40, in Ono-Bleury-Saint-Symphorien. Two patrol gendarmes crossed the quad, moving at high speed in an area limited to 50 km/h and then to 30 km/h. The pilot was caught and checked from the administrative side, and then checked for alcohol and drugs. He tested positive for cannabis. The gendarmes found that he had 13 grams of cannabis resin.
A search of his house allowed the soldiers to seize 6.5 grams of herbal cannabis, a small artisanal growing chamber, and a Category D flare gun.
Convicted several times, including under drug laws, the 30-year-old man was taken into police custody and later brought to trial in Chartres.
