Apple is expected to launch several new iPads this year, although it looks like we may have to wait until next year to see the new OLED iPad Pro.
According to a recent ET News report from Korea, Apple plans to release OLED versions of its iPad Pro in 2024.
This is what we heard back in December, and Apple is also expected to release OLED versions of its MacBooks next year.
Specific panel types: 10.86″ and 12.9″ for iPad and 14″ and 16″ for MacBook. Domestic demonstration companies and related parts and materials companies began to develop panels with the start of the official project. An insider familiar with the subject said: “Development of the panel from 10″ to 16″ is ongoing.”
In the 12.9inch iPad Pro model, Apple currently uses a miniLED display, while the 11inch models have an LCD display. That will apparently change next year, with both iPad Pro models getting these new displays.
We look forward to learning more about the 2024 iPad Pro lineup, and of course, we also expect to see some new iPad Pro models later this year.
