OnePlus 11 (or 11 Pro) could be unveiled pretty quickly

The OnePlus Bluetooth SIG smartphone certification allows us to reliably anticipate the OnePlus 11 (or 11 Pro) launch in January 2023.

Get ready, OnePlus 11 or 11 Pro could see the light of day in the coming weeks. Indeed, according to leaker Mukul Sharma on Twitter, Bluetooth SIG has certified a smartphone with OnePlus model number CPH2451.

The leaker explains that it could either be the OnePlus 11 or a new cheaper model, which could be the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite. Both hypotheses are interesting, but some elements help to strengthen the credibility of the first.

Why was the OnePlus 11 (or 11 Pro) so quick to introduce?

Bluetooth SIG certification is one of the last steps before the official presentation of the smartphone. This usually takes several weeks. However, it is worth remembering that the OnePlus 10 Pro was introduced in January 2022. At first, the availability of the device was limited, and only on April 5 did it appear in France.

So even if we had to wait before we could actually discover the OnePlus 10 Pro, we already had the right to a proper presentation a few months before. Based on this premise, we can consider this Bluetooth SIG certification as evidence confirming the official presentation of the successor, OnePlus 11 or 11 Pro, in January to respect the same time frame.

Moreover, the number of leaks around this smartphone has only increased recently to such an extent that almost everything is known about it. This usually happens when a technical product presentation is coming up. There are still some doubts, such as the exact name of the device – whether it will have a “Pro” suffix or not – or its price.
