PlayStation Plus: New free games on PS4 and PS5 in July 2022

Free PlayStation Plus games have been leaked to the internet again. Indeed, internet user Billbil-kun revealed the list of games offered to PS4 and PS5 players in July 2022, before Sony officially revealed it. This summer month, the firm is bringing the latest gaming platform Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time; the first episode of The Dark Pictures Anthology narrative series titled Man of Medan; but also the co-op shooter Arcadegeddon.

PS4 and PS5 games coming in July 2022 on PlayStation Plus

In June 2022, Sony offered one of the iconic PS4 games through PlayStation Plus: God of War. By the way, the Japanese firm also offered two video games in the fighting game genre. Please note that they can be added to your library until July 5th. Now, as the month draws to a close, well-known internet user billbil-kun is back to share the games coming next month on the Dealabs website.

According to sources that are still reliable, PlayStation Plus will host the following three video games from July 5 to August 2, 2022:

• Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan – PS4;
• Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s Time – PS4 and PS5;
• Arcageddon – PS4 and PS5.

In case these PlayStation Plus games released in July 2022 are unfamiliar to you, here’s a little note. The Dark Pictures Anthology is a series of narrative horror games where you decide the actions of each character in the story. The title Man of Medan offered on PS4 is the first episode of this anthology.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time should take you back to your younger years or introduce you to the world of the Crash Bandicoot series of platformers released on PS1. Launched in 2020, this new opus restarts the formula of previous episodes with new mechanics, as well as the possibility of N’s antagonists Cortex and Dingodile being incarnated.

Finally, PlayStation Plus will offer PS4 and PS5 players the title of Arcadegeddon, a third-person co-op shooter where you “explore multiple biomes, play mini-games, find hidden chests, and defeat numerous enemies and bosses.”
