Porsche 99X Electric Gen3 wins first Formula E race

Porsche has announced that the new Porsche 99X Electric Gen3 won the first Formula E race, Porsche managed to take both first and second place.

Porsche started the Formula E season strongly: at the EPrix in Mexico City, the new Porsche 99X Electric Gen3 delivered a brilliant onetwo result. The Porsche Avalanche Andretti customer team won the first round of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship in Mexico City with their driver Jake Dennis (Great Britain). In the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E team, factory driver Pascal Wehrlein (Germany), winner of the 2022 race in Mexico, came in second after a vigorous dash across the field.
