Sony brings its games to the PC more for opportunism than for real strategy and if we look at the games in question they all have one thing in common: they use engines that are already multiplatform.
However, most Sony studios use in-house engines which would require significant porting work, so Uncharted, God of War, Ghost of Tsushima, Gran Turismo, I think we can forget.
There is just the case of Decima Engine which was ported to PC by the Kojima team for Death Stranding, and the Insomniac Engine is probably multiplatform also since they have already released Sunset Overdrive on xbox / pc.

and Returnal (even if there is no chance of seeing PS5 games land immediately)
There are also old little games like Rain, Resogun, etc … and some VR games too, but that’s unlikely.
