Realme uses Mobile World Congress 2023 to launch international version of its Realme GT Neo 5 available in China for a few weeks: Realme GT3. The phone has the same specs as the Chinese variant and naturally it benefits from the new Super fast charging 240W.
100% battery in less than 10 minutes
With a 240W system that the company describes as “the fastest charging for years,” the Realme GT3 can charge a 4600mAh battery in just 9 minutes and 30 seconds, 20% in 80 seconds and 50% in 4 minutes. A feat that a smartphone can achieve with a triple charging chip of 100W each. They let him reach 98.5% transmission efficiency while charging. The device is also based on a dual GaN charger and USB cable 12 A.
With such a large current, the risk of overheating is obviously significant. To avoid them, Realme uses massive evaporation chamber with an area of 6,580 mm². This has a dual role: the first is to cool the processor during gaming sessions, the second is to maintain an acceptable temperature during charging, as it takes 61.5% battery. For added security, the phone also includes 13 temperature sensors.
Please note that Realme GT3 allows you to choose between three charging speeds. The 240W mode is the fastest, and even though this is the mode we use every time, the battery will hold a charge. 80% of original capacity after 1600 cycles, the manufacturer assures.

At the moment, we do not yet know the exact release date of the Realme GT3 in France, nor its price in euros. However, the smartphone will be charged from $650. It will be available in two colors (white and black) and in five configurations Various RAM/ROM: 8/128GB, 12/256GB, 16/256GB, 16/512GB and 16GB/1TB.
