Update: It wouldn’t be a video game rumor without explanation, would it? Jeff Group has since taken to Twitter to expand on his comments, explaining that he’s also heard rumors that the Sony show won’t be happening until at least September:

This would not be unusual, since last year, unlike summer, there was a live performance in September. This is further explained in “Reset”: “I’m saying that there are two competing sets of rumors circulating among people who sometimes know what’s going on. »

Do what you want.

Original story: Who’s ready for some cheeky weekend gossip? We know that waiting for Sony to actually do something about it can be a daunting process, especially when there’s gossip like this going around, but these latest rumors are still worth a look.

This particular rumor comes from gossip (and trusted) gaming journalist Jeff Coffin, who revealed the latest episode of GB decides the Sony Likely Show collection in the first week of June. Coffin cites “multiple” sources, but cannot explicitly confirm that the event happened.

Then take everything with a grain of salt – as always in such things – but the timing of such a spectacle would make sense. We know Sony has ammunition for a big event and summer is coming when publishers will need to share their plans, especially with summer party game Locked and Loaded.
