Nick Fury is about to wage a great war against the Skrulls in the first Secret Invasion trailer. Marvel just teased the event series that Samuel L. Jackson wore during D23. The release is scheduled for 2023 on Disney+.

For comic book readers, the Secret Invasion arc is something very important. There are good reasons for this, as it brings together an innumerable number of characters from the Marvel Universe. The storyline shows that the Skrulls have infiltrated Earth and have taken on the appearances of many famous people.
Their plan moves forward as some pose as superheroes. When their little scheme is exposed, a huge war ensues with beautiful people who decide to intervene.
Secret Invasion is an exciting meeting for fans, and we’ve been waiting to see if Marvel Studios would dare to chime in with the adaptation. While this could have been a cinematic event, it will see the light of day on Disney+ instead. A choice that calls into question and that might suggest that we won’t have a crazy show like what was revealed in the comics.

The plot of Secret Invasion will begin with Nick Fury, who reveals the intrigues of the Skrulls. With the help of one of them, Talos, he will try to counter them. Unsurprisingly, Samuel L. Jackson and Ben Mendelsohn are back, assisted by Olivia Colman, Emilia Clarke and Kingsley Ben-Adir.
If we suspect well-known heroes may be making an appearance, Marvel hasn’t revealed anything. It’s hoped there will be surprises in the episodes because Secret Invasion maintains its reputation for being able to summon a variety of major and minor characters.

This is not the first trailer shown during D23, which is encouraging. Marvel has released a preview that focuses on Nick Fury. No wonder, because the show was designed to finally bring the former SHIELD boss to the front lines.
The character even claims to want to fight this war alone. Will he succeed? The answer will be given during the broadcast in 2023. A specific launch date has not been announced.
