Smartphones iPhone 14 and 14 Plus are officially presented

The new Apple iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus smartphones are now official, the phones have been rumored for some time now, and the specs pretty much match the rumors.

The iPhone 14 has a 6.1inch display and the iPhone 14 Plus has a 6.7inch display, both phones have a notch on the front of the display just like the iPhone 14.

The new iPhones feature the same Apple A15 Bionic processor used in the iPhone 13, with the new processor reserved for Pro models.

Apple is doing this for the first time, usually the same processor is used in the standard model and the Pro model, we assume that this was done to maximize profits, as well as to further distinguish the standard model from the Pro models.

“Our customers rely on their iPhone every day, and the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus introduce revolutionary new technologies and important security features. With the new larger 6.7inch display on iPhone 14 Plus, users can see more content on screen when browsing the web and even more text,” said Greg Joswiak, Apple’s senior vice president of worldwide marketing. “Both phones feature a powerful new main camera with a huge jump in lowlight performance, enhanced connectivity with 5G and eSIM, and the incredible performance of the A15 Bionic to help improve battery life. All of this, tightly integrated with iOS 16, makes the iPhone more important than ever.”

You can find out more details about the new iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus at Apple, preorders start this Friday and they will start on Friday, September 23rd. The iPhone 14 starts at $799. The Plus model starts at $899.
