I like to cook. I love putting myself behind the stove and coming up with delicious little recipes for the whole family. Oh, it’s nothing special. It’s not that cooking isn’t a French passion. I get neither glory nor pride from it. It’s just a personal pleasure.
And according to my guests, I’m doing pretty well. True, there were disappointments and failures, some of which I remember. But overall, I had my moments of glory.
Enough to get me into gastronomy?
