En route to his adopted homeworld at the speed of light and on through a silvery blue hyperspace tunnel, we see Djarin and Grog in their N-1 boosted fighter as he explains his reason for going to Mandalore and his hopes for redemption.

In addition to images of battle-ready Mandalorians with rockets in combat, we also see glimpses of a host of droids and aliens, such as barrel-shaped astromechs and tall protocol droids, the Salacious Crumb-type Kowakian monkey-lizard, and Anzellans who look like the crazy droid blacksmith Babu Freak.

The amiable Grif Karga also makes a quick appearance in this thrilling trailer, before Grog’s parting shot in his hovering pod takes out the hairy, many-eyed creature at the entrance to the stone cavern with his newly enhanced Force abilities.

In addition to Pedro Pascal, who will reprise his role as Dean Djarin, this third Lucasfilm sci-fi film created by Jon Favreau also stars Katee Sackhoff as Bo-Katan Kryze, Carl Weathers as Vulture Karga, Tim Meadows and Christopher Lloyd in unnamed cameos. Nick Nolte voices Quill, Giancarlo Esposito as Moff Gideon and Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett.
