This PC charger is also a USB and HDMI hub.

Many modern laptops use USB-C as their port of choice.

This is great for creating a simple and elegant design, but can be a little inconvenient for professionals who need a lot of different ports. For example, if you need an HDMI port to add a second screen, you’ll need a dongle. Need a USB-A port? Another dongle.

What if there was a charger with additional USB ports and an HDMI port? This is exactly what the Baseus 67W GaN5 offers.

How does the charger work?

The operation is as follows: you connect the main USB-C port to the laptop. The latter provides the load (maximum 45 W) and controls the data transfer. The second USB-C port supports both data transfer and charging up to 20W. Finally, there’s a traditional USB-A port for low-speed charging and data transfer.

And because the charger uses gallium nitride, it works without overheating, unlike older silicon-based chargers.

The HDMI port allows you to connect a second screen or video projector, depending on your needs.

I have spent some time testing this charging station and it is an undeniable success. The 45W power output on the primary USB-C port is slightly lower for a MacBook Pro, but perfect for a MacBook Air or tablet. The HDMI port is also great for connecting a second screen or Nintendo Switch to your TV.
