TWISTED Met agents who took sick photos of two murdered sisters they called “dead birds” have been jailed today.
PC Deniz Jaffer and PC Jamie Lewis were supposed to protect the cordon where Bibaa Henry, 46, and Nicole Smallman, 27, were shot.

PC Jamie Lewis pleaded guilty to misconduct in public office
Bibaa Henry (left) and Nicole Smallman were found dead in a park in Wembley, north London.
But the vile officers took photos of their bodies at Fryent Country Park in Wembley, northwest London, and shared them on WhatsApp.
In an unpleasant way, they superimposed Lewis’s face on one of the girl’s bodies and sent the image to a WhatsApp group of 42 colleagues.
Jaffer also sent a message: “I’m here now, I’ll try to take pictures of the dead birds. “
He took four photos in total, while Lewis took two when “Bibaa and Nicole were robbed of their dignity in death.”
Their vile actions also meant that they were aiding the murderer Danyal Hussein, whose team tried to claim that the scene had been compromised by disgraced officers.
Jaffer and Lewis have now been incarcerated for two years and nine months after admitting misconduct in public office between June 7 and June 23 of last year.
The girls’ mother, Mina Smallman, said the two officers felt “untouchable” when they “dehumanized our children.”
She called the act a “betrayal of such catastrophic proportions”, adding: “From that point on I had flashes of imagining what their bodies looked like.”
Her cousin also read a statement revealing that she worked for the Metropolitan Police, but added: “How long? I can’t be sure. “
The Old Bailey learned how police were dispatched to monitor the murder scene on June 5 last year on the inner cordon closest to the girls’ bodies.
They were ordered to remain in their positions and maintain the integrity of the stage, but a colleague saw them come and go in conversation.
He then received a WhatsApp message from Jaffer containing four photos of the bodies.
One of the images had Lewis’s face superimposed.
None of the officers wore clothing to protect the evidence and must have left their posts to obtain the vile images.
They were arrested as part of a criminal investigation conducted by the Independent Police Conduct Oversight Office (IOPC).
The accusation against each one of them said that “without authorization he entered the crime scene that he had the task of protecting, sending information about his presence in the place to the citizens through WhatsApp and taking photographs of the crime scene.”
Following their guilty pleas, the Met said it was taking “immediate steps” to embarrass the former police officers ahead of expedited negligence hearings.
Lewis was forcibly fired in November and Jaffer, who has already resigned, would have been fired without notice if he were still a serving officer.
The head of the meeting, Dame Cressida Dick, has expressed “deep regret” for the behavior “completely unprofessional, disrespectful and deeply insensitive”.
He apologized to the sisters’ mother, Mina, who criticized his handling of the case.
The mother called officers “Despicable 1 and Despicable 2” after their calls last month.
She said: “Our family’s grief was compounded by the cordon officers who will now be known as Despicables 1 and 2: whatever inner strength they had reserved had been snatched away. “
Danyal Hussein, 19, murdered Bibaa and his stepsister Nicole in a “frenzied” and “savage” attack as they celebrated the anniversary of the premiere in the park.
The teenager stabbed Nicole 28 times and plunged the blade so hard into Bibaa that it broke.
They were discovered two days later after concerned friends traveled to the park to find them.
They were found lying with their limbs entwined in the bushes.
In Hussein’s bedroom a handwritten letter was discovered that appeared to be an agreement between him and a “demon” signed in blood.
He promised “to sacrifice women to win the lottery and not to be suspected of the crimes he had committed.”
Researchers believe that Hussein suffered a “form of radicalization” after being exposed to hidden material on the dark web.
They also fear that he could have massacred more women if he had not cut off his hand while murdering the sisters.
The teenager had been referred to anti-radicalization programs, including Prevent while attending Thomas Tallis High School in Kidbrooke.
He was jailed for life in October with a minimum of 35 years for murder.
