Tomorrow, the Lego government will release details of its action plan to vaccinate the entire population of Quebec, including an appointment.
A major press conference will take place on Thursday at 13:00, Health Minister Christian Dubé said while examining the appropriations.
The minister will then be accompanied by the director of the COVID-19 vaccination campaign in Quebec, Daniel Pare, and the strategic adviser on medicine at the General Directorate of Public Health D.R Richard Masse.
Quebec will then disclose “all the details of this vaccination to the general population, including the appointment,” explains a government source.
Therefore, the government group should explain when Quebec residents under the age of 60, in addition to priority groups, will be able to make an appointment for their first dose. At the time, only the AstraZeneca product was available to people aged 45 and over.
Earlier in the day, Minister Dubet announced that 3 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered to date. This figure includes about 70,000 injections of the second dose.
