Warhammer 40,000: Darktide Postpones Heretic Hunting Until Year’s End

And even later for console players

Bad news for Warhammer 40,000 fans who have been looking forward to the release of Darktide with some anticipation: the co-op FPS is being delayed again, pushing the September release date to November 30th… and only on PC, as the Xbox version seems to require special attention, as Fatshark implies .

CEO Martin Valund then compiles a short list of the things that caused this new postponement. Unsurprisingly, this is primarily a matter of stability and optimization, and Fatshark probably still needs data to quietly prepare for the launch of Darktide.

As such, the Swedish studio is inviting interested players to sign up for tech tests, with other betas set to increase before the November launch. To participate, simply register on a special website and answer the questionnaire received by e-mail.

As a reminder, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide will be available from launch for Game Pass subscribers on Xbox Series as well as PC.
