What to do with smoked burrata?

Years go by, but burrata is still on every menu. But how is a smoked burrata with a deeper flavor served? We thought that she would make good friends with dill from our (objective) classification of fragrant herbs.

Wash the dill, season with a little lemon juice and olive oil. Open the burrata on a plate, garnish with the tuna, dill and season with chili flakes, salt, pepper and a generous dash of good olive oil.
